  1. Delivery Information

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

  • Delivery Service: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery prices are fixed and will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Dispatch Times: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [e.g., 2–3 business days].

  • Risk of Loss: Responsibility for goods transfers to you once they are delivered to the address provided.

  1. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which generally allow a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. The following applies:

A. Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)

  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety once opened or removed from their packaging.

  • This includes individual items sold separately from multi-packs (e.g., dummies/pacifiers/bottles removed from their original sealed packaging).

  • These products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

B. Eligible Returns

  • All other unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

C. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos if possible.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

  • We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

D. Refund Processing

  1. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items or confirming the cancellation.

  2. Cancellations

    • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing [email protected].

    • If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return eligible items within the 14-day period (see above).
