Dr. Brown’s Options 3m Teat (2-pack)—commonly known as Level 2 / 3-month+ teats—are intended for infants who are ready for a faster milk flow but still benefit from the anti-colic venting system. These teats are made of soft, high-quality silicone and designed with a shape that encourages a comfortable latch and smooth transition between breast and bottle.

When used in conjunction with the Options+ internal vent system, these teats maintain the vacuum-free feeding environment that helps reduce colic, gas, burping, and spit-up. The design ensures a consistent and clinically tested flow rate, so the baby can feed at a natural pace. According to retailers, the Level 2 (3m+) teats are dishwasher (top rack) and steriliser safe, and BPA-free.
