The Dr. Brown’s Options Preemie Teat (2-Pack), also called Preemie Flow™ Wide-Neck Nipple, is engineered for newborns and preterm babies, offering the slowest standard flow in the Options+ teat lineup. It is designed to preserve the internal vent system’s vacuum-free feeding benefits—helping reduce colic, gas, burping, and spit-up. 

These teats are made from soft, high-grade silicone and have a breast-like contour to encourage a natural latch and support nipple continuity between breast and bottle feeding.  They are dishwasher (top rack) and steriliser safe, BPA free. 

The Preemie teats are compatible with Dr. Brown’s Options+ bottles (wide-neck version). In some use cases, the internal vent can be removed if required to approximate a conventional nipple experience.
