These Dr. Brown’s Options+ Y-Cut Flow Teats are specially designed for use with the narrow-neck bottle system from the brand. According to the manufacturer:

The unique Y-cut opening allows for a much faster flow, making it suitable for babies who are ready for thicker fluids (such as cereal-fortified milk) or who prefer a faster feed.
As part of the Options+ system, when used together with the internal vent system, they help deliver vacuum-free feeding which is clinically proven to reduce colic, burping and spit-up.
Made from 100% food-grade silicone, BPA-free, and designed to be dishwasher (top rack) and steriliser safe.
Fits all of the narrow-neck bottle models from Dr Brown’s Options+ / Natural Flow line (so the bottle body is separate).
